The large propotion of IDPs living inside and outside of the camps inside and outside camps in the three govornorates of the Kurdistan Region are exposed to poor conditions in this time of the year. They are highly in need of more humanitarian assistance, particularly during the winter season. Since the KRG can not response effectively to the IDPs' needs alone, it is the right time for the international doners to intervine and provide more of the dispalced people with their needs.
