As part of the preparedness actions in the lead up to the Mosul operation, upon the official request from the Logistics Cluster and UNOCHA, the KRG Council of Ministers decided to open One Stop Shop (OSS) for fast-tracking customs clearance and movement of all humanitarian assistance and in close collaboration with the Logistic Cluster and WFP began in October 2016.
